- Standard stock items ship within 3 business days.
UK Shipping
- We ship via Royal Mail.
- Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International & EU Shipping (Customs & Fees)
- We ship from the United Kingdom to the EU and internationally.
- All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) except for USA sales where the import tariff is included with postal charge, local tax may be applicable.
- Important: You, the customer, are the importer of record.
- You must pay all local import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon delivery.
- We cannot predict or control these government-imposed charges.
- Parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees will incur a deduction for original shipping costs.
14-Day Cancellation Right (UK & EU)
- Under UK and EU consumer laws, you have 14 days to change your mind.
- The 14-day window begins the day you receive your order.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within this period.
- Important: Custom orders and bespoke made-to-order woven items cannot be returned.
- These items are tailored to your specifications and are legally exempt from standard return rights.
- Ready-to-ship inventory items are fully eligible for return.
Return Conditions & Process
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- You must pay all return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
- International returns must be clearly marked as "UK Goods Returned" on the customs declaration. Failure to do so may cause customs delays or fees deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
