Shipping Policy
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all orders to the United Kingdom. We ship internationally for an additional shipping fee which is calculated when you check-out. Shipping is tracked and requires a signature on arrival.
International deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. In countries where this is not an option orders will be shipped tracked.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact me within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return an item. Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels attached.
If you would like a refund we will refund you the price you paid, less any postage, using the same payment method. We will do this when the return arrives back with us and send you a message when we have made the refund.
If the item has been worn we would prefer it, if you don’t return it.
Date Protection
When you buy from us you give us your name, address and email address. We need to keep this data to fulfil the contract, ie the exchange of goods for payment. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
